Any funds currently available on your Crimson Card will remain on the card; however, they will not be accessible until the chip on your Crimson Card has been updated. During this time, you will be unable to use your card for ATM withdrawals, transfers, online purchases, or other transactions. This temporary restriction is in place for Dasher safety and account security, to ensure funds are released only to the primary holder of the Dasher account. We have received multiple reports from our Dashers indicating that their Earnings appear to be missing or inaccurate due to the chip on their DoorDash Crimson Card not being updated following this issue. This is a newly identified issue affecting our DoorDash platform and is not tolerated, as customers continue to violate established policies through security breaches.
