Dasher Notice

Since January 5th, 2026, customers placing third-party orders has become a significant inconvenience for many Dashers on the DoorDash platform. This issue has repeatedly led to Dashers’ accounts being blocked due to safety and security verification measures, creating ongoing disruptions and impacting their ability to complete deliveries.

It is very important that when you enter the store and find the GreenDot MoneyPak card, that you clearly inform the cashier that you would like to add funds to the GreenDot MoneyPak card. DO NOT mention that you are on the phone with our Support Team or that this is related to DoorDash verification. Only state that you would like to add funds to your Green Dot MoneyPak card, and avoid providing any additional details.

We ask all Dashers to follow the policy of NOT sharing any additional information with the cashier. This is due to multiple reports from Dashers indicating that providing extra details has led to unnecessary difficulties or complications during transactions.
