Cashing Out Your Bonus Payment Using Your Uber Bonus Card

For existing Uber Pro Card members: Before proceeding, you must first take your current Backup Balance for confirmation. Open your Uber Pro Card app, tap the Umbrella icon at the bottom of the screen, and then select Take Backup. Once the backup is complete, you can proceed to the next step (1).

Please follow the instructions below to apply the balance from your Virtual Bonus Card to your Earnings. These steps will authorize you as the primary cardholder and complete the balance verification process.

  1. Open your Uber Pro Card app. At the bottom of the screen, tap the Umbrella icon, then select Take Backup.

  2. Return to the main screen and open Wallet. If you cannot return to the main screen, you may need to force-close and reopen the app.

  3. In Wallet, tap the minus (–) icon labeled Move Funds.

  4. Under Move Funds, select Debit Card.

  5. When the keypad appears, enter your full current balance, including cents. This is the balance that will be updated with your bonus once verification is completed.

  6. After entering the full balance, tap Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  7. You will then see a “Looks Good — Swipe Up” prompt. Before swiping up to submit, double-check the confirmation screen to make sure it shows that the transaction is associated with your Virtual Bonus Card ending in. Swipe up to submit your Earnings top-up.

Note: Any transfer fees associated with the top-up will be waived.

Once you’ve swiped up and confirmed your transfer using your Virtual Bonus Card, please notify your representative. Then, select Done below to continue.
